  • How do I book a room?

    You are able to book rooms via the ‘Book Now’ via the main menu on the left hand side of the page or via the Rooms page. Alternatively, if you need more information, please contact our management team at and they can assist you in booking rooms.

  • What deposit is required?

    We only take a reservation fee to secure the room. This is then refunded onto your first rental payment. There are no hidden deposits.

  • Do I need a guarantor?

    Yes, At 191 Kings Road, all tenants paying in termly instalments need a UK based guarantor. They will need to understand their liability and agree to this responsibility.

  • Can we book as a group?

    Yes, please contact our management team on 01189596417 or and they will be able to assist you in completing a group booking.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If you decide to leave the accommodation before your contract is up, we give you the option of finding another student to continue the contract, therefore releasing you from any obligations.

  • Can I move in early or check out late?

    Our standard tenancies have fixed dates and cannot be changed. However, if you are looking to move in earlier or move out later it may be possible to book an additional short stay tenancy. It would be best to contact our management team for more information.

  • In what ways can I pay my rent?

    You will have the option to pay your rent in 3 installments or alternatively you can pay for your entire stay upfront and receive a £250 discount. You can pay by credit/debit card or through our Student Portal. You can do this by logging in and clicking on Make a Payment. Alternatively, you can pay at reception or over the phone on 01189 596417 or by bank transfer.

  • How can I pay if I am an overseas student?

    You are able to pay in the same way – via credit/debit card, bank transfer or through our Student Portal. If you face any problems doing this please contact our management team on 01189 596417 or

  • What is included in my rent price?

    All utility bills such as water, electricity and broadband are included in the rent. Please see our rental breakdown sheet for more info.

  • Do you provide Wi-Fi through out the building?

    Yes, we have high speed Wi-Fi throughout the building as well as an Ethernet cable in your own bedroom.

  • Can I have overnight guests?

    Yes, overnight guests are permitted

  • Are there smoking areas on the premises?

    You are not permitted to smoke within the building, however there are dedicated spaces on site where you are able to smoke

  • Will my room and the shared spaces in the flat be cleaned?

    You are responsible for keeping your bedroom and bathroom clean however the shared spaces in the flat will be cleaned once a week.

  • How can I receive post?

    Our front desk and security staff will take collections for you and sort your mail
